2. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Items must then be returned within a further reasonable timeframe after approval.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, odours, or damage
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed clothing cannot be accepted.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Email refund&returns@juriyafit.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions
- Send the item back using a tracked delivery service
5. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, JURIYAFIT LTD will cover reasonable return costs.
6. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days
- You will receive confirmation once your refund has been completed
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the item
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require another size or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
